Our Technical Support System is an enhanced Telephone support system. No logging a call into a first level help desk here, instead you open a ticket and then speak directly to the same highly skilled engineers that perform the deployments.
Network America Engineers are available Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm EST. All of our engineers have completed training at LANDesk® (formally Intel®) Headquarters and have logged literally hundreds of hours deploying LANDesk® for our customers. This level of experience enables us to quickly diagnose technical issues and make recommendations.
In addition, our engineers have access to Engineering and Development level support at LANDesk®, to expedite bug-fixes and enhancement requests.
Many of our clients use their Technical Support for issues other than Technical Support, such as:
