Quick Tip:
Enable extra logging for the 32-bit console in 9.0 SP2...
The following registry key is available and should enable extra logging in the 32-bit console.
Entries in the console.exe.log will have "Debug" in the entry instead of "Info" however, depending on the error this may or may not produce more information.
From: HKLM\Software\LANDesk\ManagementSuite
Create a DWORD key called "DebugConsole" and set the value to 1
Note:
64-bit servers will have a slightly different location for this key: HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\LANDesk\ ManagementSuite
