REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

In search of a System Support Administrator with at least 2 years of related experience for the Service Desk Support group.
The candidate would be responsible for supporting customers to ensure quick response and resolution times, frequent follow up and documenting problems/resolutions for future resolutions.
